An email from any provider can be submitted here. No account is needed.

We accept original .eml files only, to preserve email headers and contents. Use “Download message” or “Save as” on the message you originally received, before forwarding it. Submit the email file, not the attachments inside it.

Your original is private and can be read by the editor. We use AI to analyze its contents and may publish a redacted case study after review. The original itself is not published. Remove unrelated personal or confidential information before submitting.

Submissions are processed in order. This is not an emergency response service or a guarantee of publication.
